Job Profile:
Doing all coordination activities related to Sales.
Primary Responsibility:
- Related documentation work.
- Vendor registration for Clients.
- Follow up with customers for quotations sent, payment & C form.
- Offer preparation.
- Co-ordination with Production and QC for order status.
Secondary Responsibility:
MIS reports on a monthly / yearly basis.
Skill Set required:
- Degree Holder in Science discipline ( Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics )
- Should possess Industrial sales co-ordination knowledge.
- Ability to edit written materials.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Conversant with MS Office.
- Self correspondence – using technical language.
