• He should plan, co ordinate with dept heads and monitor production schedule based on  availability of resources (4m).

• He has to obtain monthly forecast of orders from sales and marketing team.
•  Preparation of monthly production program.

             * Resources planning (machines& material)
             * Availability capacity vs. demand- to check for need of outsourcing process.

• Preparation of weekly, daily production plan accounting of backlog & rejection
• Updation of incoming and availability of stocks according to production schedules
• Preparation of gap analysis. Report (plan vs. achieved)
• Day wise mis- reports preparation.
• Trouble shoot’s non-production gap analysis.
• Create and Manage process requirements.
• Preparation of process time flow.

Secondary Responsibility:

• ISO documentation.

Working condition:

• Schedules based on production.

Skill Set required:

•  Degree or Diploma Engineer
•  Diploma in operational management is preferred 
•  Fluent knowledge about machine’s.
•  Good communication, Presentation skills.
•  Casting knowledge.
•  Knowledge in Ms-office. JIT, PERT-CPM
•  Should be good in statistics.
