Founded
in 1960 by Mr. U.N. Baliga, the company started
off with the manufacture of industrial, commercial
and domestic type of luminaires. From a factory
shed of 5000 Sq.ft., it has now moved to its own
premises on a 6 acre plot with over 40,000 Sq.ft.
of manufacturing area. In 1962, Baliga pioneered
the manufacture of Explosionproof lighting equipment
in India.
